Abstract

Supply chains are undergoing radical transformation through the adoption of advanced digital technologies. This paper proposes a Multi-Agent AI System (MAAS) architecture for dynamic supply chain management (DSCM), leveraging SAP S/4HANA, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and blockchain to enhance coordination, transparency, and responsiveness. The integration of these technologies creates a real-time, intelligent decision-making ecosystem. This paper discusses system design, core technologies, use-case simulation, and performance metrics, while also reflecting on pre-2016 foundational research that led to this convergence
