Author Guidelines

International Journal of Engineering Trends and Technology Research (IJETTR)

Authors submitting manuscripts to IJETTR are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.


1. Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (DOC/DOCX) format.

  • Submit via the journal’s official submission portal or email.

  • Only original, unpublished work will be considered.


2. Paper Format Requirements

  • Paper size: A4, single-column or double-column.

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5.

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.

  • Total word count: 2500–8000 words.

  • Figures and tables must be clear, high quality, and properly captioned.


3. Manuscript Structure

A standard manuscript should include the following sections:

  1. Title

  2. Author(s) Name, Affiliation, Email

  3. Abstract (150–250 words)

  4. Keywords (4–8 keywords)

  5. Introduction

  6. Related Work / Literature Review

  7. Methodology / Proposed Model

  8. Results and Discussion

  9. Conclusion

  10. Acknowledgments (optional)

  11. References (APA / IEEE style)


4. Ethical Standards

  • Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism; similarity below 15% is recommended.

  • Fabrication or falsification of data is strictly prohibited.

  • Authors must disclose conflicts of interest, if any.


5. Authorship Policy

  • Only individuals who contributed significantly to the study should be listed as authors.

  • Changes to authorship after submission require written approval from all authors.


6. Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

  • Review duration: 7–14 working days.

  • Authors may be asked to submit revisions based on reviewer comments.


7. Copyright & Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright but grant IJETTR the right to publish the article.

  • Published papers are licensed under open-access terms, ensuring global visibility.


8. Publication Fee

  • A nominal publication fee may apply after manuscript acceptance.

  • Payment details will be provided in the acceptance email.


9. After Acceptance

  • Authors must submit the final camera-ready paper.

  • A publication certificate will be issued after the article is published.

  • The paper will be indexed and made available online.
